Meet Dr. Leticia Perezous | Houston Prosthodontist

Dr. Leticia Perezous brings over three decades of expertise, passion, and precision to every smile she transforms. Originally from Brazil, she moved to Houston in 1995 to further her dental training and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 1992. Driven by her commitment to excellence, she went on to complete a Master of Science degree and Certificate in Prosthodontics from the University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston in 2004.

In addition to private practice, Dr. Perezous has dedicated many years to education, serving as a Clinical Assistant Professor in Prosthodontics and Restorative Dentistry. She continues to shape the next generation of dentists as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at UTHealth.

Her work has been widely recognized through numerous honors and awards, including the prestigious John J. Sharry Research Award from the American College of Prosthodontics—the nation’s highest distinction for prosthodontic research. Dr. Perezous has also authored multiple articles in respected, peer-reviewed dental journals, contributing to advancements in her field.

With her unique blend of academic achievement, clinical expertise, and compassionate care, Dr. Perezous is dedicated to helping patients restore function, health, and confidence through world-class dentistry.
